Great way to share presentations and projects if a student doesn't have Microsoft powerpoint or powerpoint style software at home. This can be very rare as there is openOffice and google documents for student use.

After playing with Prezi, I feel I can work with this, it has a nice built in wizard and the learning curve isn't that bad in figuring out what it does and what you can do with it. It does help bring out better presentations and the sharing of ideas.
Another tool is VoiceThread, it helps in grouping various conversations and threads together in a collaborative effort. Pictures and presentations can be more visual and one can get classmate comments and their thoughts.

Both are great tools, my personal opinion is that as long as the class is setup and everyone is comfortable with it, and also as long as everyone has internet access, both of these tools make be a great tool in the classroom environment and can in the overall sense, enhance and greatly interest students in their learning.
